Traditional Cantonese Chinese brewing method is utilized and coupled with modern technique and standard in producing this award winning soy sauce. Premium Canadian soya beans, quality sea salt, and wheat flour are used. Not only a core ingredient for most marinade dishes, our thin soy sauce is also widely used in Cantonese style cooking such as Egg Foo Yang.
