Ingredients:
Pork Neck Fillet 400g
Koon Chun Fine Shrimp Sauce 1/2-1 tbsp
Sugar 2-3 tsp
Grated Ginger 30g
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Corn Starch 1½ tsp
Scallion a little
材料:
豬頸肉 400克
冠珍幼滑蝦醬 1/2-1湯匙
糖 2-3 茶匙
薑茸 30克
米酒 1湯匙
生粉 1 ½ 茶匙
蔥絲 少許
Instruction:
1. Wash and cut the pork neck fillet into half inch cubes. Add Koon Chun Fine Shrimp Sauce, sugar, ginger, wine and corn starch.
2. Steam in medium high heat for 10 minutes. Top with some fresh cut scallion and serve.
做法:
1.肉清洗凈切成約半吋立方的肉 粒,並加入冠珍幼滑蝦醬、糖、 薑茸、米酒、生粉拌勻。
2.中大火蒸10分鐘,放上蔥絲, 即成。
