Baked Salmon with Plum Sauce Rice Bowl 梅香三文魚丼

Ingredients:

Salmon Fillet 120g

Koon Chun Plum Sauce 1 tablespoon

Fresh squeezed Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon

Steamed Rice 1 bowl

Oil a few drops

Toasted Sesame Seeds or Japanese Nori small amount

材料:

三文魚排 120克

冠珍蘇梅醬 1湯匙

鮮榨檸檬汁 1茶匙

米飯 1碗

油 少量

芝麻或紫菜 少量


Instruction:

1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Descale the salmon fillet, rinse, and pat dry. Place the fillet, skin-side facing down, on the baking tray.

2. Spread Koon Chun Plum Sauce and lemon juice on the fillet. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Bake the marinated salmon fillet for 10-15 minutes, depending on size and thickness.

4. Serve immediately with a bowl of rice. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, japanese nori, or additional sauce if desired.

做法:

1. 烤箱預熱至180℃, 把三文魚去鱗 後沖洗和拍乾, 魚皮面向下, 放在已 塗上少量油的烤盤上。

2. 在三文魚上均勻抹冠珍蘇梅醬及 檸檬汁, 醃製10分鐘。

3.把烤盤放進已預熱烤箱裡烤 10-15分鐘(視乎魚肉厚薄)。

4. 烤完後把三文魚連汁放於一碗米 飯上, 撒上芝麻或紫菜即可。可再 額外加上梅醬。
